CocoLi, located in the town of Otogi, is a healing space where you can enjoy additive-free, health-friendly bagels and baked goods. Together with the adjacent coffee shop and apparel store, it is a special place that warmly welcomes visitors. Let us introduce you to the many charms of "CocoLi!
CocoLi, a healing space where sheep greet you
A small bagel shop "CocoLi" is a healing space where sheep greet you with a mating cry. Upon entering the store, you are greeted by a selection of apparel. To the far right are the home-roasted coffee shops "Fu" and "CocoLi. The space created by these three stores is very cozy and perfect for a holiday. The warmth of the wood, the stylish white interior, and the scenery outside the window give the restaurant a somewhat Hokkaido-like feel.
CocoLi's bagels are healthy and full of love!
CocoLi's bagels are sticky, satisfying, and low in calories. About 10 varieties are always available, including the standard "plain" (220 yen), "blueberry cream cheese" (350 yen), "sesame miso" (300 yen), and "green tea bean paste" (380 yen). Seasonal bagels are also available. All of the bagels are exquisite, and they are planning to introduce rice-flour bagels in the future!
Made with plenty of local ingredients and free of eggs, oil, milk, and additives. No eggs, no oil, no milk, and no additives. These bagels kill two birds with one stone: they are delicious and healthy. The reason she started making bagels in the first place was because she wanted to feed her children and husband something tasty and healthy. Basically, they are take-out, but there is chair seating outside the store, so you can relax outside on the terrace when the weather is nice.
You can also enjoy it at events stalls in the province and by mail order.
Also, good news for those who live far from Otogi. CocoLi" started out as an event store, so even now that it has its own store, it continues to open stores with special feelings. There are many people in Tokachi who look forward to events, so we hope to continue to be a place where people can spend special time together during their holidays," says the owner, Shiori Hogi.
In the past few years, many stores have opened outside of Tokachi, and in Sapporo, there are more opportunities to encounter them at events at department stores such as Daimaru and Marui Imai, and at outdoor events. CocoLi also offers a delivery service called "Anytime I'm Ready Delivery," where you can receive a random assortment of 10 types of bagels, which you can apply for via Instagram, so please check out the information about our store openings!
Be sure to check out their bagels and their special baked goods!
Shiori, with her charming smile, is the one who makes these delicious bagels. We have had baked goods on the menu since the beginning, but we have expanded the range as we have been asked to sell them at events. Recently, we have gradually increased our sales of not only bagels but also baked sweets. Among the baked goods, the "yeast scones" with a crunchy and skinny texture are particularly noteworthy. This is Shiori's favorite and a must-try when you come to the bakery.
Fridays and Saturdays are "+dolce days. The dolce menu includes "Tiramisu" and "Chocolatelaine" made with decaf blend from the adjacent coffee shop Fu Hajime. Both bagels and baked goods are heartwarming and tenderly delicious. Although it is best to eat them immediately after purchase, they can also be frozen to keep for a longer period of time, so they are recommended as souvenirs.â
