旭川市の中心市街の5エリアに11月27日より約3ヶ月のロングランでおよそ14万球のイルミネーションが灯ります。
厳冬の凜とした空気の中、雪を被って輝くイルミネーションのきらめきは凍れる旭川らしい美しい光景です。
コロナウイルス対策の最前線で奮闘する医療や介護の方々をはじめ、生活を守る活動を続けている全ての方々への感謝とエールの気持ちをこめて常磐ロータリーに光を灯します。
