美深の真夏の一大イベント｢ふるさと夏まつり｣。
1日目夜には、地域の大人や子どもたちが毎年手づくりする大迫力のあんどんが街中をパレードします。
2日目は、昼間に青空発表会や子どもから大人まで楽しめる各種アトラクションが催され、夜にはビールパーティー、ヨサコイ演舞、バンド演奏、豪華景品が当たる大抽選会が行われます。
