A Century with Yubari: 100 Years of Yubari Railway
The Yubari Railway, which had the longest line between Yubari Honmachi and Nopporo (53.2 km) among private railways in Hokkaido, connected Sapporo and Yubari by the shortest route, supporting the industry and life of Yubari. 100 years since its establishment in January 1924 are recalled with valuable photos and documents.
The permanent exhibition on the second floor will include an exhibit on the Yubari Line, five years after the line was closed!
