Reservations: No advance reservations required; come directly to the venue on the day of the event.
*When the observatory is crowded, visitors will be guided inside in turn and may be asked to wait outside the observatory.

Access: 5 min. walk from Nakajima Koen Sta. on the Subway Namboku Line (Exit 3)
Between Concert Hall Kitara and Toyohirakan.
There is no parking. Please use public transportation.

In case of rain or cloudy weather, no viewing will be conducted, but the observatory will be open to the public to answer questions and provide explanations about astronomy. Please contact the observatory one hour prior to the start of the observing session to confirm if the viewing will be held or cancelled. (In the event of inclement weather, question-and-answer sessions may be cancelled.)
