身体障がい者及び知的障がい者がスポーツを通じて体力を維持・増進し、障がい者の自立と社会参加の促進を図るとともに、障がい者に対する理解を深め、障がい者のスポーツをより発展させることを目的に開催します。

・車いすバスケットボール：芽室町総合体育館（芽室町東３条８丁目１）
・ソフトボール：札内川総合運動公園ソフトボール場（中札内村中札内西２線131番地）
・フットソフトボール：池田町河川パークソフトボール場（池田町字西３条６丁目）
