This event is held every year on the first Sunday in October in the windy city of Erimo. Fresh salmon and other seafood from the sea, as well as Erimo's black Japanese beef, shorthorn beef, Ezo sika deer meat, vegetables, and other delicacies from the mountains are all gathered together and sold at a discount price. A salmon catching contest is also popular (participation is charged. (There is a fee to participate, and the winner is decided by lottery.) There will also be a variety of programs, such as a prize-winning "mochimaki," a traditional dance performed by Erimo High School students, and a performance by the town's brass band.

The program may be subject to change depending on the catch of fall salmon.
