The "Oh! Fish Fair" spotlights three types of fish - Japanese pilchard, yellowtail, and herring - whose catches have been increasing in Hokkaido in recent years, and offers original menus featuring each type of fish at restaurants and other establishments throughout Hokkaido.
We hope you will enjoy tasting the new seasonal fish of Hokkaido.
