In Iwamizawa, a region that receives heavy snowfall, young people are holding a handmade "Heavy Snow Festival" to enjoy the snow and winter. On the first day, "pork soup" and on the second day, "pheasant hotpot" will be served free of charge at the festival site, and various events such as a heavy snow slide, jumbo karuta card game, and human banba championships will be held.
