[Extension until Wednesday, August 6th!] This winter, the Sapporo Odori 500-m Underground Gallery will be hosting a mural exhibition planned by the 11th members of the "500 Meters" volunteer team, who are active while studying art management.

Since its formation in 2013, the "500 Meters" has been gathering students and working adults every year to experience planning and running exhibitions at the 500 Meter Museum, as well as supporting artists in creating and exhibiting their works. This year will be the 11th year, and for a limited time, the group will change its name to "Gyohyakumeters" and, together with illustrator Kinpro, will paint a gigantic 118m-long "sea mural" to decorate the underground gallery.
