Overview
During the "PLAY SPRING" period starting on Saturday, April 26th, we will be holding the annually popular "F VILLAGE YOGA & FITNESS". Following on from last year, yoga creator aya, who has a three-year waiting list, will appear as a special guest. In addition, outdoor yoga will be held at WIND PLAZA by a popular instructor from the hot yoga studio LAVA.
Popular Zumba instructors will also be holding lessons for the first time. Relax with yoga while looking out at the Escon Field, and enjoy Zumba to the rhythm. Hokkaido Ballpark F VILLAGE will be holding five seasonal events this year as well. Enjoy the various events at F Village while feeling the change of seasons.

*In the event of rain, lessons held at WIND PLAZA will be held in front of F NEOBANK GATE in ESCON FIELD.
