The Teshio River Shijimi Festival, a major event in Teshio Town, will be held again this year. Last year, the festival and fireworks display were held on separate dates, but this year they will be held over two days, Saturday and Sunday. On the day before the festival on Saturday, there will be live music and a fireworks display, and on Sunday, the main festival will feature an all-you-can-eat shijimi and a big raffle, as well as a Kamen Rider Gab show and an impersonation talent show.
