Popular trains, from new express trains and Shinkansen to nostalgic classics, will be running on the 35m N gauge rail! This time, we will also be joining the "Oiwake Locomotive Shed" on display at the roadside station! Enjoy a timeless collaboration as new trains enter the old Showa era Oiwake Station premises.

■Full of bargains! Railway Treasure Market
Original goods from "Railway Goods Store Poppoya" and "Iwamizawa Red Train Preservation Society" will also be on sale. The Oiwake area once flourished as a "railway town." We will be opening a railway books corner, bringing in a selection of railway-related books and magazines from the library at the Oiwake Community Center in Abira Town.

A storytime event for children will be held right next to D51 320! In addition to the original storytelling by the storyteller "Midori Panda," two groups from the town, "Little Red Riding Hood" and "Arinko-kai," will appear and read picture books to children on Sunday, April 20th.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the last steam locomotive of the Japanese National Railways running in Abira Town. To commemorate this, the roadside station will start selling original goods commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Goodbye Steam Locomotive from Saturday, April 19th, in conjunction with the railway model festival.
