This event began in 2023 with the aim of spreading awareness of the Kamuysaurus, one of the largest dinosaurs in Japan, which was excavated in Mukawa Town. This year, the event is planned to be even more grand in preparation for the reopening of the Hobetsu Museum next spring. A wide variety of programs are planned, including food truck stalls, live music, a festival, candy distribution, and a bingo tournament with luxurious prizes, making it enjoyable for both children and adults.
