Cancellation after application

Please note that no refunds will be given if you cancel after submitting your application.



In case of cancellation due to weather or disaster

If the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon or earthquake, we will provide a full refund.



Cancellation on the day

If you cancel on the day of the event, no refunds will be given for any reason.
