The first Hokkaido Local Character Festival, a new local character event in Hokkaido, will be held in June, with Otaru Un Kappa, Koakkuma, and Akkuma as host characters. Through the characters, we will spread the charm of the region, and spread smiles and vitality from Hokkaido to the whole country! We will take a step forward as a local character event that takes root in Hokkaido.

There will be food and sweets stalls, souvenirs for sale, and Hokkaido wine "Galapon" at the venue. We look forward to seeing you at this wonderful event where many friends from all over Japan will gather in Otaru.
