The Okhotsk Lavender Festival 2025 will be held at the Okhotsk Drift Ice Park from July 1st (Tuesday) to July 31st (Thursday), during the peak season for the Okhotsk Lavender fields that brighten up the summer in Monbetsu.
The lavender fields are home to 12,000 stalks of four varieties: deep purple, white, pink, and oak murasaki. They reach their peak blooming season one after another from late June to late July. A flower cafe selling soft serve ice cream is also open.
