The Otaru Wine Carnival is Otaru's harvest festival, which was held at the Steam Locomotive Square across from Hokkaido Wine's headquarters until 2024. Due to various circumstances, it was canceled in 2024, but we received many voices expressing their desire for the event to continue. In 2025, it will be reborn at the more accessible Otaru Miyakodori Shopping Arcade.
