The 20th Asabu Hometown Summer Festival will be held (rain or shine). Events will include the traditional Asabu May Queen jumbo croquette frying, karaoke competitions, dancing, a magic show by magician DAIGO and a singing show by Matsubara Nobue, and this year's festival will close with the largest mochi throwing event ever.

The water slide, which was very popular last year, will also be open. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet and bring a change of clothes. We will also be selling a variety of food and drinks, including grilled salted sweetfish.
