It will be held on both Saturday, July 12th and Sunday, July 13th in conjunction with the Hikawa Shrine Festival. Every year, several thousand people gather at this big event that heralds the beginning of summer in Niikappu, and local performing arts such as the Mikoshi Hon-parade and Niikappu Hangan Taiko drumming are performed, and a song show is also held on the second night. In addition to the beer garden and outdoor stalls organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division, food trucks from outside the town gather to liven up the festival.
