The Shinhidaka Summer Festival, which marks its 19th year this year, will be held with Miyuki-dori and Shizuho-dori streets turned into pedestrian precincts.

■ Main Festival (pedestrian precinct)
The event will feature the Awa Odori dance, a summer tradition in Shinhidaka Town, as well as Japanese drumming and Shizunai kouta songs.
