The Urakawa Horse Festival 2025 is a two-day event that focuses on horses, unique to the horse-breeding region of Urakawa, where the 40th Shinzan Festival and the Jockey Babies Hokkaido Regional Championship will be held on the same day. On the first day, there will be a country party, a Miss Shinzan award ceremony, and a horseback wedding.

On the second day, there will be a horse event in cooperation with the JRA, the Urakawa Summer Dash, and giant playground equipment and fluffy playground equipment that are very popular with children. Of course, there will also be comedy shows featuring famous talents on both days.
