Melon Jam, a beloved local music event that began in 1986, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The 2025 event will feature a diverse lineup of performers playing classic songs from the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras. In addition to local bands and performers, the crossover jazz unit Cityy will appear as special guests.

The lineup of performers will be a cross-genre affair, including the Big Band Hofurin, the 80's unit Dance Club, and the blues and soul group Miyata Kazuko & Friends. Along with the music, you can also enjoy the gourmet food that can only be found at roadside stations, making this the perfect festival to spend time with family and friends.
