This is Aibetsu Town's largest event, held at Rural Park, and attracts approximately 8,000 people. Events include the "Jumbo Mushroom Hot Pot," where mushroom soup is made in a large pot 3.5 meters in diameter and 2 meters deep; the "Hyakusho Ikki Cooking," where 100 sho of Aibetsu's delicious rice is cooked in a large cauldron with firewood; a special menu featuring Aibetsu beef; and stalls selling local products, as well as stalls from the chambers of commerce and industry of neighboring cities and towns, food trucks, and Higashiomi City (formerly Aito Town), which has an exchange program with Aibetsu Town. This event allows you to fully enjoy the autumn flavors of Mushroom Village in one day.
