The "Area Health (Co)Lab" is a lab where local friends collaborate to think about everyone's health. Based in the Sapporo Ekimae-dori underground pedestrian space, it is a lab where friends working on health promotion "collaborate" to think about "area health" for the entire district together with workers and visitors in the Sapporo Ekimae-dori area. In honor of "Eye Care Day" on October 10th, there will be a collection of labs related to "eyes" and labs where you can have health-related exhibits and experiences.

Check for eye frailty (eye aging) and learn eye exercises you can do while at work! We will also be conducting a health survey.

Worker Health Lab (Okamura Corporation) Experience height-adjustable desks and office chairs that improve posture, and learn about proper posture to avoid strain on your eyes.

Radio Exercise Lab (Japan Post Insurance Co., Ltd.)
Could tired eyes be caused by poor circulation? Why not improve your circulation with radio calisthenics? We will be exhibiting the history of radio calisthenics.

9th only: Body Measurement Lab (Sapporo City Sports Association)
Find out the condition of your body by measuring your grip strength, forward bending while sitting, and standing on one leg!

10th only: Wellness Promotion Lab (Sapporo City Wellness Promotion Division)
