A Halloween event will be held in the square in front of Hotel Lavenir. There will be a pumpkin weight contest and jack-o'-lantern making organized by the JA Biei Youth Division, as well as a performance by the Shirogane Taiko drummer, stalls, rice cake throwing, and much more. Those in costume will have the chance to grab some sweets.
