This year, the event will be held at nine venues in Otaru City. Participants include the Literature Museum, Library, Museum, and Restaurants, and this year Otaru Art Base will be participating for the first time. The official event period is two weeks, from October 12th (Sun) to the 25th (Sat). Closures and start and end dates vary depending on the venue, so please check their websites for details.

We will be holding a stamp rally again this year. If you collect 9 stamps, you will receive an acrylic keychain at the participating store where you received your last stamp. The style of the stamp will vary depending on the venue. At Ajisai Bunko Togatangoton, you will receive 2 stamps. *Prizes will end while supplies last.
