Matsumae-cho, the southernmost town in Hokkaido, known as a famous spot for cherry blossoms. The annual spring event, "The 78th Matsumae Sakura Festival," will be held. Cherry blossoms will be in full bloom around the venue, and during the festival period, there will be a public performance of Matsumae-cho's local folk arts, stage events, and a product fair featuring sister cities. Additionally, cherry blossom viewing stalls where you can enjoy grilled seafood, oden, and more will be available. A Children's Day event will also be held at the Matsumae Han Yashiki, making it an event where you can fully enjoy spring in Matsumae.
