The first 'Hokkaido Local Mascot Character Festa,' a new local mascot character event in Hokkaido hosted by the three characters Otaru Ungappa, Koakkuma, and Akkuma, has been decided to be held in June. Through the characters, we will promote the charm of the region and send smiles and vitality from Hokkaido to the whole country! We will take the first step as a local mascot character event rooted in Hokkaido.

Inside the venue, there will be food & sweets stalls, Otaru souvenir sales, and a 'Garapon' lottery for Hokkaido wine will also be available. We look forward to seeing you all at this wonderful event where many friend characters from all over the country will gather in Otaru.
