Currently, at the 3rd Floor Ichihara Yutoku Memorial Hall, the 'Abe Norihide Illustration Original Art Exhibition' and 'The Path of Art Critic Sakai Tadayasu' are being held concurrently. The Abe Norihide Illustration Original Art Exhibition showcases the charm of graphic design, which differs from three-dimensional expression, through works such as illustrations for serialized newspaper novels and collages of fallen leaves. It also introduces two individuals who both left their mark on Hokkaido's sculpture world by exhibiting records of the life of world-renowned art critic Sakai Tadayasu from Yoichi, who was also a close friend, along with his textual expressions and numerous writings.

On Saturday, June 13th, we will invite Mr. Motoaki Yoshizaki, the director of the Hongo Shin Memorial Museum of Sculpture, Sapporo, to hold a crosstalk with Abe Norihide. This is a casual talk event held at the exhibition venue.
