A spring festival held at 'Tamagawa Park,' where about 300,000 daffodils of approximately 30 varieties, the town flower of Setana, are in full bloom. In addition to a brass band concert by local students, local folk entertainment, and the customary mochi-maki (rice cake scattering), there are plenty of stage events, including a song show by guest performers. There will be a spring traffic safety campaign by the Setana Police Station, and special exhibitions will feature a 'patrol car (Police Station)' and a 'light armored vehicle (Self-Defense Forces),' as well as heavy machinery used at construction sites from the Setana Construction Association.
