The All-Star Sake Kanshasai Executive Committee will hold the "All-Star Sake Kanshasai in Sapporo 2026" for two days on May 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun), 2026,
in Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
This is an experiential event themed on the charm of "Kanzake" (hot sake),
where sake breweries from all over the country and Hokkaido's food culture merge.

Last year, this event was held for one day and attracted about 1,000 visitors.
Due to its popularity, we will expand it to a two-day event in 2026.

This year, we will welcome 4 breweries from outside Hokkaido, for a total of 6 participating breweries including those from within Hokkaido.
You can enjoy a variety of unique sakes, with a focus on the charm of hot sake.

In addition to sake, there will also be stalls for craft beer and craft gin from within Hokkaido,
as well as a full lineup of food booths featuring local ingredients,
allowing you to fully enjoy the pairing of alcohol and food.
We look forward to seeing many of you there.
