Overview
The 'Hokkai Heso Matsuri' is a summer tradition held in Furano City, right in the center of Hokkaido. It is a unique and smile-filled festival where people dance with faces drawn on their bellies. It's great to watch, it's great to participate, and walk-in participation is also very welcome.
