Sake breweries in Hokkaido will have their Junmai sake and Ginjo sake, brewed with Hokkaido-produced sake rice varieties 'Ginpū,' 'Suisei,' and 'Kitashizuku,' tasted to determine the rankings. We are also recruiting approximately 1,000 general judges.
