Frugality Geek Fuyuko
Born in 1993. After completing a science graduate school, she got a job as a developer at an electronics manufacturer, but
her inability to shake off anxiety about her future finances prompted her to learn about money.
After that, while repaying her student loans, she lived on 100,000 yen a month, successfully saving 3 million yen a year and 10 million yen in her 20s.
Currently, she has left her office job and is active as a freelancer.
Her YouTube channel, "Frugality Geek Fuyuko," which she runs herself,
is popular not only for its daily saving tips but also for its videos on investing for beginners and intermediates,
and has over 660,000 subscribers (as of March 2026).
