In conjunction with the 'National Flower Town Development Eniwa Convention,' the environmental learning event 'Chitosegawa Kawa-juku Spring' will be held to experience the nature of the Chitose River. This event is conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Sapporo Development and Construction Department, Chitose River Office, and is a valuable opportunity to learn about the importance of water and the natural environment with the river as its stage.
