This year for Tanabata, try a participatory event where you walk through the shopping street and collect stars! First, register at the Sakaimachi-dori Street Tourist Information Center and draw a lottery ticket. While searching for the "star" written on the ticket, you will tour the shopping street and bring the star you find to the venue. Finally, let's all complete the Milky Way by pasting the stars onto a large panel set up in the courtyard of the Otaru Art Village.

The stars collected by each participant will connect to create a large, limited-time Milky Way. We also have a gift of sweets for the children who participate.
