We are recruiting participants for a regional co-creation infrastructure tour where you will trace the journey of the Ishikari River starting from Daisetsuzan, visit a dam and power plant not normally open to the public, and experience a sake brewery and smart agriculture, learning from both natural and infrastructural perspectives how pure water is transformed into regional power and abundant blessings!
