This is the festival of Bikuni Jinja Shrine, located in Bikuni Town, Shakotan Town. Tengu, mikoshi (portable shrines), and dashi (festival floats) parade through the town. At night, the Tengu's fire-walking, which purifies by walking over fire within the shrine grounds, is magnificent.
