ペンケナイ河川畔公園にて、牧草ロールで作った「ロール御輿」、年越しのカウントダウン、景品が当たる大抽選会、牧草ロールに点火し花火を打ち上げる「花火大会」、富くじなどを開催します。ロール神輿は、市街地から八幡神社までを練り歩きます。
