「北見の焼き肉文化をPRしよう」と転勤族の皆さんの発案から始まったもの。マイナス10℃前後の夜空の下、箸の手を休めることなく、肉を味わう市民で盛り上がります。
入場券の内容：①肉(豚ホルモン、牛サガリ、豚肩ロース 各100g)、②北見産たまねぎ、③焼酎＆ソフトドリンクが飲み放題
