A new collaborative series with "confa," a magazine that shares the current state of Hokkaido's agriculture, has begun on Domingo.

A new collaborative series with "confa," a magazine dedicated to sharing the latest on agriculture and rural villages in Hokkaido, has launched on Domingo. Since its first publication in 1998, "confa" magazine has been disseminating a wide range of information, including the diverse roles and charms of Hokkaido's agriculture and rural villages, as well as the ambitious efforts of local farmers. The name "confa" was coined from the words Consumer, Farmer, and Consensus, embodying the hope of "bringing consumers and farmers closer together" and "becoming a bridge that connects cities and rural areas."

Moving forward, Domingo will regularly feature content introduced in "confa." We hope that by conveying the thoughts of the many people who support the rich food culture of our home, Hokkaido, we can help make your daily dining experience even more fulfilling.
