Kikuchi Farm (dairy products production & sales) / Representative of Piroro
Born in Chiba Prefecture, Kikuchi started “Kikuchi Farm” in Hiroo-cho, Tokachi, Hokkaido in 2009, and has been running a dairy farm with about 90 cows. Kikuchi Farm produces milk, ice cream, and meat that we, as dairy farmers, truly want to drink. In 2012, he began holding the “Piloro Fest” once a year to give something back to the people of Hiroo Town, where he had decided to live, and to convey the charm of the primary industry to the public. He has consistently named his activities in Hiroo Town as Piroro (Hiroo in Ainu language).
