It is a voluntary organization composed of active Regional Development Cooperation Volunteers working in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido. We have 13 members (September 2023). Our mission is to contribute to the “revitalization of the Tokachi region through our business” with the vision of being “the best and most effective partner for cooperatives and immigrants to enhance the Tokachi region. We have also been working on projects in cooperation with JICA and other related organizations. In addition, we have held social gatherings with other cooperative members, and have also responded to various types of media coverage. In the future, we plan to start providing consultation services, support for emigration and settlement, and acceptance of inspection tours and training programs related to the Japan International Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV).
