Graduated from Kaisei High School, dropped out of the University of Tokyo, and graduated from Hosei University. Born in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, she has lived in Shinjuku since the age of three. Since October 2012, she has been registered as a resident in Nakafurano, Hokkaido, and has lived in two locations. A dropout elite, she dropped out of Kaisei and the University of Tokyo and experienced social withdrawal. Leveraging her experience, she worked at a Saison Group human resources company, where she was responsible for new business ventures, including NPO collaboration projects. She then launched a new human resources business at the Hitachi Group, founded a youth career support company (though the venture failed within six months), worked in human resources for a restaurant chain, and was a human resources consultant. She then worked at a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed human resources company, Japan's largest human resources and HR media company, where she manages a community for HR executives at major companies. Since 2019, she has pursued multiple careers. She is a director of GEWEL, an NPO promoting diversity and inclusion, where she conducts corporate training and awareness-raising activities. She also works as a recruitment consultant for female executives at Waris Co., Ltd. and as editor-in-chief of "Circular HR," an online media outlet focused on utilizing human capital in a circular society. In October 2024, she was appointed to Nakafurano Town, Hokkaido, as a Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur from ourshare Co., Ltd. While primarily responsible for promoting gender equality, gender equality, and diversity at Nakafurano Town Hall, she is also involved in a variety of activities, including creating a connected population, promoting dual residence, and eliminating experience disparities. Since August 2013, she has served as a member of the Sapporo Gender Equality Center Management Council. She also works in the fields of fair trade and sustainability, and in 2010 served as an ethical promotion specialist for Nagano Prefecture. She also fosters young players and new ethical brands through ethical fashion shows, store production, and hosting the "Ethical Room," an open chatroom for ethical and social information.
