Makari River River Park
Overview
A beautiful park with greenery and a river surface, built utilizing the natural form of the Makari River. Due to its distinctive walking paths and simple design, it has received the Minister of Construction Award "Handmade Hometown Award" in the Heisei 7 fiscal year.
■Hosokawa Takashi Memorial Statue
It was erected on the occasion of Makkari Village's 100th anniversary of its founding in Heisei 6. When you hold your hand over the base part, Mr. Hosokawa's message and 4 representative songs will be sung loudly.
