Overview
At the river mouth of Enbetsu River, in the spreading river park, starting with play equipment that children can play on, "Sunset and Wind Monument" is installed.
A park popular as a spot for walks and sunsets.
On good weather days, one can see the sunset, Rishiri-Fuji, and the monument together.
