SPOT
The river park stretches at the mouth of the Enbetsu River and includes playground equipment for children and the "Sunset and Wind Monument".
The park is popular for strolling and as a sunset spot. On a fine day, you can see the sunset, Rishiri Fuji, and the monument together.
