Located in a particularly rich natural setting in Biei, cows graze year-round on a vast pasture of about 20 hectares (the equivalent of four Tokyo Domes). Visitors can enjoy the peaceful scenery of cattle grazing and the lush greenery typical of Hokkaido.

In the plant (production facility) attached to the store, freshly squeezed raw milk is processed and made into products every day. In addition to soft cream made from freshly squeezed raw milk, processed products such as pudding, butter, yogurt, and pasteurized milk are also available.

New homemade cheese made in the new cheese building is now available. It is a melt-in-your-mouth raclette cheese. This is now available for sale over toasted bread from Yumechikara in Biei Selected Fruits. Cheese lovers are welcome to try it.
