This is Hiyori, a sargassum seal. He is pressing his colonized body against the door, wanting to play outside. Eventually, his face turned vertical and he got caught in the fence. Such an adorable Hiyori is a talented performer and an idol of everyone.

He has also been shown performing other skills such as the "high-speed kitsutsuki," "kuukiguri," and "kyukyuu.

These seals were originally wild seals living in the Sea of Okhotsk. They were rescued by the museum's keepers when they were injured or weakened. There are more than 20 others that were also protected, treated, and kept in Seal Land, which is located on the same grounds.
