This is a voluntary organization made up of active Regional Development Cooperation Volunteers working in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido. We have 13 members (as of September 2023). Our mission is to contribute to the "revitalization of the Tokachi region through our business" with the vision of being "the best and most efficient partner for cooperatives and immigrants to enhance the Tokachi region".
